I have read that conventional lawns use a massive amount of water, harmful chemicals and other precious resources — the typical yard uses thousands of gallons of water yearly. In many areas, I’ve heard that up to 60% of water consumption goes to lawn care with half of that water wasted either by inappropriate timing or improper dosage. Just think of how we all could save precious water and help the environment if we installed beautiful artificial turf for our lawns.
