I Never Get Used To The Heat and Lack of Rain During Texas Summers

So far, our weather has not been as bad as it has before, but 100 degree weather and drought are on the way. In fact the majority of Texas is currently experiencing a drought that started in October 2010. Most of the state has been under drought conditions for over three years.

Texas weather experts have warned that Texas could be in the midst of a drought worse than the drought of record in the 1950s. The high summer temperatures increased evaporation, further lowering river and lake levels.

What does this mean for the average home and commercial property owner? Besides higher water bills, it means that it’s going to be even more difficult keeping our yards and property with a nice green yard this year — and for many years to follow.

Even though we have had several rainy days, that doesn’t mean that the drought is over. According to several recent surveys, about 70 percent of Texas is still in drought conditions, while 21 percent is in the worst two stages of drought, either extreme or exceptional drought.

Replacing regular grass with artificial grass just makes sense to me. Not only does one save the natural resource of water as well as water bills, but with artificial grass from Synthetic Grass Pros you will have beautiful, realistic looking artificial grass for you family, friends and neighbor to enjoy all year long. Just imagine not having to worry about yard maintenance with a beautiful natural looking yard of artificial grass. And that includes so many commercial and mall areas, too…..green and beautiful artificial grass to enjoy all year long.
